How can i change the number of posts which are shown under “Latest posts” section from Homepage? there is not an option in the settings of “Homepage post” element from WPBakery.

I saw that setting, but i think that is for “posts per page”. I mean that i want to display only 4 posts (whitout prev/next pages), is there an option for that?

You can use the “LATEST ARTICLES” from the page template with 4 posts – https://imgur.com/RdeEeZz, but there is no option to remove the pagination, it can be done only with a css.
