Hi, I bought the license recently and tested it on http://www.digipayindonesia.com.
Now I want to activate a new domain(www.malaysiapublicholidays.my) using the same license as the previous project is postponed.
When I tried to activate on the new site, this shows up “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
How can I deactivate my previous site and activate the new site?

That seems to happen in some cases, normally it should work fine. Please try what is suggested at the bottom of this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-register-the-theme/

Hi Simion, I am using a webhosting company called Exabytes and they are using Plesk to run my WP.
Do you only need the admin access to WordPress or both WordPress and Plesk?

You can manually activate the Newspaper theme from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq
If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.

Finally, it works after replacing the url with “admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1”
The Activate Theme tab disappeared until I tried it with the url.
That’s a bug needs to be fixed.
