My site is rpnoticias.redpositiva.net and any change that I make from the theme panel is not taking place, for example, the logo nor favicon are displayed and even if I make changes on the block header template it is not working.

Hello josemiguelsf,
So if you have single post templates (cloud templates), then you need to edit them using tagdiv composer and use it to make the changes. The theme panel settings was used for old theme settings (those form tagDiv Standard pack).
