Is it possible to bring an Amazon- Itunes- and/or Playstore-Button in Area NR 1, so that someone who watches the video and read the lyrics, can click to “Buy that Song”
How i can rename number Area Nr. 2, and change the content to the category the post is in. So that if the post is in category “80s” there are post of that category, and if i change the category of the post the content will also change ?

1. That is not a theme option, to have those buttons instead of the bottom social sharing. You can try plugins that have that capability and see if they suit your needs.
2. The Related articles section displays posts from the same category or tag that the current post is part of. It does not display random posts. The choice to pick posts from the category or tag of the post can be changed in the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/6bci1nQeZsq

Thank you for the answer, it seems that Nr 2 does original that what i need.
Its a little pity, that its not possible to show sub- or sister-categories in Area Nr 3.
now i will going to search for some plugins about those buttons for Nr. 1
