Child Theme

We tried to create child theme using this tutorial https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
But after installation website not working, there’s show a white blank page. What we do?
Note – we not work on api.

Hello !

Please make sure that you have the last version of Newspaper theme (v10.2) and WordPress v5.3.2
Please make sure that you have accomplished all the Newspaper Theme requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also please use only the child theme that came with the theme version that you are using.
