child theme error and I can't install Required Plugins

I’ve istalled the child theme for newsmag but seems that the parent theme css are not loaded.

can you help me?

Additionally I can’t install Required Plugins from the panel. I have to install them manually.
Wordpress say to me that the plugin have a not valid header

Hi

Please make sure that you installed the child theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-child-theme-support/ clear all caches and test again.
Regarding the plugins installations only Visual Composer it’s a required plugin, others are optional. If you still can’t manage to install them via WordPress try the ftp method. For more details about this check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/just-installed-last-newsmag-version-but-cant-update-visual-composer/ I offered there a solution for Visual Composer but the steps are the same for each plugin included in theme’s path.
