I have installed Newspaper 9.2.2 via WordPress dashboard but I didn’t see any child theme.
Why Child theme is not installed?
How can I install newspaper child theme?

Please check our documentation for Child theme support -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
In order to create a child theme you need to create a a folder or copy the one from theme package https://www.screencast.com/t/P5vA5wm8I and follow the structure from the child-theme-support-tutorial.
