The solution to this issue is simple. You will need to add some code to your .htaccess file like this post suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/

The theme is excellent but very sophisticated lol. Recently purchased it. ;). I have been using clodflare for 2 years with never an issue. Is it possible for me to host the icons in my server and have them point there if it is an issue? What CSS file loads them ? Thanks
