How do I change so like the main ‘feature’ bit as soon as you load the same doesn’t have that colour effect on top of the images?

I want it like http://blog.everest.mk/ – clear images?

Designing your website it’s a task which falls beyond the support can offer you at the moment. We would have gladly made it for you but we are a small team and we are working very hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
We did try to make the theme as user friendly as possible and also for any details about its features you can read our documentation or ask here how a specific feature works.
