Hello there I need some support 🙂 My click add (background image) are not working. It does not work on the home page, or in post view, but does work in category view? I have a development version of the site also and have disabled all plugins and it still exhibits the same problem? Link: http://www.mcnews.com.au/

It seems to be a strange issue. The only background click add can be set up from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/ I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.

I have followed all of the instructions to add a clickable background image according to your documentation…. Shall I do a a clean install of the the theme?
Also, what size background image is recommended for the theme?

Yes, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, ensure that you are using the latest theme version in order to achieve best theme results. If you want to achieve good results with the images, you should use HD as quality.

I managed to fix the issue but I had to add a little code to style.css The clean install etc did not work, and I also have the latest version of the theme. The code I added is in bold. I would be interested to know the exact cause of the issue.

I am glad if you could manage this problem, but please notice that we cannot recreate this issue with the theme on my end, sorry! If I have a fresh theme install, the background click ad, seems to work as expected, without any problems, sorry!

Thanks for the reply. It does seem that the edits that I made destroyed the responsive view on apple devices only, so I had to scrap it. I reinstated the original style.css and now the click seems to work? lol. Very strange….I Will hold my breadth and hope it continues to work.

I still can’t resolve this. Is there a way to implement the above edits I made without destroying the responsive view on Ihpone?
