Cloud Header Error

Hello, every time I create a new header and I either back out and go back in to edit, I keep getting an error which is this:

Error at rows: 3(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content

It won’t let me edit the header at all and I delete and start over. Why is this?

Hi,

First please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M </IfModule>
