Cloud Library crash my site

I can`t edit Cloud Templates. slow loading and crash.
My site is down too, and if i disable Cloud Library plugin, (previously i remove template Header and Footer from Theme Panel) my site is up again.

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi Vlad, the mod_sustitute no longer appears in System Status

Indeed that photo is an older one. Our team is working on changing that. If you have checked all the boxes green and all your system status is as shown in our documentation you should be good to go.
