cloud library doesn't work

Hi,
I have problem with cloud library in the latest version of theme. I want put some templates ( sections ) on my page like Contact Page Hero – Spa Heaven, Clients and Testimonials – Smart APP… and it’s not possible, it is showing me error… why?

Hi. Ihave problem too. I0ve installed the principal theme and plug ins. But I want to import this template https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_city_news/, and (then) I will activate child theme.
How can I do to install correctly this template https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_city_news/?

Hi,

Please make show that you have the last version of them, and the tagDiv Composer updated and activate, check to have the last version of tagDiv Cloud Library activate.

Also make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

If you have all this please deactivate all plugins and after that activate just the plugin that are tested on our theme.
