Cloud Template Does Not Load

Hello,

When I try to edit one of the cloud post templates it’s constantly loading, as you see in the image. Why? Can you help me?

I loaded author template without any problem.

I think our site and server are OK because we have added some customized author template without any problem (https://www.elquintobeatle.com/author/elquintobeatle/).

How can we fix this?

Resave your permalinks and try again for checking the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel access for more investigations. Before sending us the email, please try to make a new fresh install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way and see the results.
