Hello,
1) is there a colud template documentation explaining each element how to configure it?
2) In cloud Template, I need to set the featured image element to show only featured video when it is a video format but no featured image when it is an Standard Format. Is that possible?

2) Sorry but our theme does not have such functionality. The featured image spot will show both the image and video, but there is no option to only show one or the other as you mention.
