Hi,
I’m trying to “add new” Cloud Template, but when I choose the Category template and click “Create Template”, nothing happens.
I can’t see it afterwards and can’t edit it with tagDiv. It’s also not shown in the Theme panel in the “Categories” section.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

The only active plugins are tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer & tagDiv Social Counter.
There is also no child them and I have cleared the cache.
But it still does not work.
