Cloud templates

Hello
I want to import new pages and new blocks into the cloud templates but the procedure gets stuck and gives me this error: ONE OF THE IMAGES FAILED TO UPLOAD. How can I fix it?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
What is the Cloud Library and How You Should Use It? -> https://tagdiv.com/what-is-the-cloud-library/
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
