I can create new Cloud Templates but after a few days start to receive this error.
Errors at columns elements: 14(models) : 15(dom). The model does not match the content
My memory is set to 256M

Hi,
That first error would suggest that there is something wrong with the cloud post template you try to edit. Try to import it again and edit it.
If you cannot access the cloud templates section because of that second error, you should increase the WP-memory to a higher value. For most websites a value of 256M is enough. You can increase it like mentioned in the guide

Check all the other parameters as well. If necessary your hosting provider should be able to increase them for you.
