Cloud Templates Issue

Hi

The ‘Add New’ button has stopped working in the Cloud Templates section of my site.

I need to add a new footer, but can’t due to this issue.

Please advise how it can be fixed?

Hello, Steve,

Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also, please make sure you have the tagDiv plugins activate (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, Standard Pack).
