I have just bought the theme and activated everything but when i go into cloud templates, it will not load. it just comes up with loading and nothing happens

Please check if the wp memory limit is set like in our guide, most of the time this is resolving the problem.
In case that the wp memory is set and the problem persist, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin and we’ll check the problem as soon as possible.
