Cloud Theme footer not getting saved after making Changes

Hello Team,
I have been trying to save the Romania Pro footer from Theme panel but it keeps moving and unable to save the footer.

Please help.

Also font changes are not reflecting when changed from Theme panel.

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hey i have completed all system requirements check as per the documentation.
Also re-installed WordPress. Font is not getting reflected, i have selected Notosans for header menu and it is showing Rubik . FYI – i am using Header Cloud Template Romania Pro.

I also wanted to change the background of the same template but there is no option to change. I have checked in theme panel as well in settings.

Kindly assist.

Hi chotaweb,

If you are using cloud template or pro demos (these are made only with cloud templates), these can be edited only with tagDiv Composer, the settings from theme panel will not affect theme.

Also the background image from header can be change only with tagDiv Composer, you need to click on the row and chcek the css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/8Be7CCp.jpg
