Did you added the shortcodes to the Mobile Theme Editor? Please note that the Mobile Theme doesn’t render the tagdiv and/or Visual Composer shortcodes. So if you want to have the same content like on desktop please disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
If you want to use the Mobile Theme plugin and you understood how it works – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ please make sure that you use the latest theme version 7.5 and you update also the plugin.

I didn’t touch the mobile theme editor, I never added any shortcodes to it. I also updated all my plugins
Just noticed I’m still running newspaper 7.4, working on updating to 7.5
