Good morning.
When attempting to add a Column Text element in TD composer, it will not allow me to save text entered. In the background, I can see that it says “critical error,” but offers no other information. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Have tried in latest version of both Chrome and Firefox.

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you. I tried deactivating all plugins except tagdiv plugins. I checked all the requirements and they are all set. The system status in the tagdiv panel shows everything in green.
