Hello, We have recently shifted out website to the domain – https://channelvisionmag.com/ . Earlier it was on a test domain. So now the issue is the Content Editor in the Column text editor just doesn’t load up. The loader keeps rotating, but it doesn’t show up and we cannot edit anything or add a new element. We have deactivated all the plugins and checked and also the theme is up to date and so is the WordPress. Please let us know if we need to change something, since all other elements are working or, but just the column text plugin editor not. Has to domain name change to do with this issue ? Please advice what to do.
Hi, just for your info, I checked the developer console while the column text editor was just rotating and found this error for the Wpeditor – Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
