Hi
Clicking on Edit content opens a blank window with a spiner but nothing else appears. I need to insert some shortcodes on the page but I can’t.
How to solve this?

If there is an icon spinning forever, then it can be because there is an error in console.
First, please make sure that all theme requirements are set like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ please be sure that this code -> https://i.imgur.com/UsXCktZ.png is set!
Can you please make a plugin tests? For this, please use only tagDiv Composer and see if the problem persist.
Also, it is possible to be a security module that it is blocking the editor access.
