Columns "wrapping" and not filling full width of page

We’re having an issue where many of the modules are not properly spanning multiple columns. The below demo page is a mock up using the “Homepage – Less images” template.

A similar thing happens with the “Big grid”. Instead of filling the entire width, two of the blocks wrap to an additional line.

Anyone have any thoughts? Is something wrong with the size of our photos perhaps?

Hi,

Please make sure that you use the latest theme version 1.7.1 and also update the plugins that come with the theme files from the /plugins folder(especially Visual Composer – 4.4.4).
Use FTP method to update the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ and als Visual Composer plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/

Thanks – that did the trick! Perhaps not related, but we’re now unable to upload media – the process just never finishes (and I/O goes through the roof in cpanel while this is happening).

Any thoughts? We’ve updated all of our plugins and disabled them all as well hoping one was the culprit.

Try to look for the error log (usually you can find it in c-panel), paste here the latest errors.
