I have purchased “Thrive comment Plugin” to change look and feel of the comment box.
Even after activating the plugin and making all the settings, the comment box does not change at all.

Contacted Plugin support and they said to check with theme developer and their plugin is compatible with all versions of WordPress and all themes. Plesae help
