I want to remove the comment section on the home page before the footer section

For the comments on homepage please disable this option from Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> Page Template => https://www.screencast.com/t/izMZkco5

This option is already disabled by default, but the comment section still appears on the landing page. I want to remove that comment section on the home page.
