Hi there,

I have enabled the comments (in Theme Panel > Post Settings and in the WP Settings > Discussion) but are not shown.

I use the default post template style 2.

Check the site at CodePeople

Looking forward to your kind advice.

Regards,
Andreas

PS. if I’m logged in with the administrator account and preview a post, I then see the comments section.

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin that limit the comments or provide some conflicts.
Also make sure that you checm our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/ -> https://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments-for-future-posts/

Thank you!

Hi Calin,

I have no plugins that interfere with that. I’ve checked them all.

Also, the Theme settings and WP settings are exactly set as the guides in the link you mentioned.

Additionally, the comment section is shown and working on the Mobile Theme of my website.

Something else is causing the comment section to be hidden which I can’t find.

Looking forward to your kind advice.

Regards,
Andreas

Hi,

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Hi,

I could provide admin access to my website for troubleshooting of the issue, but I want confirmation that you will not perform any changes to the website without getting my permission first.

Regards,
Andreas

Hi,

Just make a note on the email, and there will be no changes to the website until we’ll have your permission.

Thank you!

What do you mean make a note of the email?

The email I’m talking with is the contact@tagdiv.com.

Could you kindly clarify that?

Hi,

What I was meaning, was that you can write in the email that you do not want us to make any changes to your website until we get your permission.

Thank you!
