Hi there, would you please help me figure out how to enable comments on this website? We took on management of this site a few months ago and previously comments have been disabled but we would like them re-enabled. We believe we have looked everywhere but for some reason cannot get them to display.

We have enabled comments at the system level.

We have removed any plugins that disable comments.
We have removed Any evidence that we could find in the CSS that was removing comments.
We have also enabled comments on individual pages.
Please help.
