Please make a test and change the post template, after that clear all cache and check to see if this section is displaying.
Also check the plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi, there’s no other way? I can’t deactivate all plugins, I have security plugin, redirect, ssl, schema, and others necessary plugins that maybe I’ll need to configure again. The most of them I’m using in others wordpress instalation there I can comment, and them wont use the newspaper theme.

If everything is set as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/ then this is the only method to check to see if is a theme problem or a plugin conflict.
If you want we can take a look, to this problem, will be best if you can check the plugins conflict fits. Most of the problems are from untested plugins.
