I am facing difficulty when users are trying to submit comments on AMP page while I have the mobile theme active. I am able to submit comments on Mobile Theme pages without AMP and on desktop.

Check this guide: https://amp-wp.org/documentation/playbooks/handling-form-submissions/ and make sure that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see the results.
