Sorry but still no go. The site cannot be reached. I have tried from my mobile device using the mobile data so the ISP was different but the site still cannot be reached. You maybe have a country block maybe. We are located in Romania.
Regarding your issue with comments, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi Bogdan: Our Server Admin has done some extensive work today and we’d like to share the results with you since ongoing Support is critical for us. While his testing was expansive, the bottom line is that your IP Address is not blocked and Romania is not blocked. Unfortunately the theme can only count the default comments of WordPress. You replaced the default comments with the disqus comments plugin. The theme cannot count the comments from a plugin. Sorry. It is best in this case to remove the comment count from post, pages or author templates.
For posts and pages it can be removed from the theme panel-> post settings and theme panel-> block settings-> meta info on modules and blocks.
For the author templates you can use this custom css:
.td-author-comments-count{
display:none;
}
There is no simple way of having the theme count the plugin comments.

I have tested the comments counter on my end but it seems to work properly. Did you use a third party comment system before? Did you test posting a few dummy comments to see if the counter increments? Hi Bogdan, I did some tests at a new wordpress instalation with no plugins and for my surprise, the field user_id in table comments are not filled by wordpress self. As I sure the theme uses this field I’d know if the team could help me cause this became very important for my client.

The comment count is not a default WordPress implementation, yes. Standard wordpress will not be able to fill theme specific fields in the DB. I understand this is very important but I cannot say for sure why the comments already posted did not get recorded.
