We keep trying to install these add on plugins specifically tagDiv Composer but its not working i tried manually in plugin folder manually via theme area – can you help us?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide some screenshots with the error you get.

If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Thanks we use Jetpack thats only one and cant be disabled
I sent credentials by both via email (its automatic so could not include link) does that work/
