contact form shows header/footer after removing

hello,
i have created 3 separate contact forms and linked each to 3 menu items on my site.
every single time i create a blank page in wp with a form (whether using wp forms or contact form 7)the default theme header/footer shows. every time i go to website manager in tagdiv and remove the header and footer it also removes all formatting for my form. whether i remove the header/footer first or create and then remove it does not work. now when i click my menu there is nothing on the page except the theme header/footer – it’s a cycle i can’t get out of!

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except Contact form and tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
