Content not created by tagdiv composer/changes to header not saving

Hi, Im getting a constant issue where when I download a header template (say 36). Then I remove the top row and change out the image. I go to save, then it tells me “Close tagDiv Composer? Unsaved content. Still want to close tagDiv Composer?”, no matter how many times I click on the button. Then if I reopen the template, it tells me that it was not created by the tagdiv composer.

After some trial and error I have discovered that any changes I make before the first time I save seem to stay, but any others that I make after coming back don’t.

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
