This probably happens because you use the mobile theme plugin. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
You have to create separate versions of your pages for the mobile template.

Thanks Bogdan. It solved the problem of mobile version. There is another problem. When I log in to the dashboard using the url …../wp-admin/ it shows error but if I try …../wp-admin/index.php it works. When I use other themes instead of Newspaper …../wp-admin/ works again.

We have no reports of this issue. Please try this without plugins as it could be a plugin conflict. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
