Country Dropdown on Menu Header

Hi guys,
Wanna find out if its possible to have a country dropdown on the menu header like in this screen grab, with the earth icon: https://ibb.co/TvndPYN These are merely flags linking to a specific url, they’re not language translators
How could I do that using the tagdiv composer, or what kind of plugin can I use? Thanks so much!
