Basically the theme requirements are these

The latest theme version is optimized over the previous versions, the composer as well was optimized. You could try as a test to deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins and check if this has any effect. Check with your hosting provider what exactly is causing the problem.
I tried everything written. But the result sucks. CPU and MYSQL are alarming.
Without knowing your implementation traffic level, amount of posts, etc it would be difficult for anyone to diagnose.
Who is hosting it, whats the size of the DB are you sure its theme related, what have you done and what didn’t work what plugins are you using etc etc there are many variable at play ~
Traffic level is low (1000). I am using VDS. 2 CPUs, 4 GB Ram.

You should contact your hosting provider, tell the problem and try to follow our requirements for our theme. If you will respect all of these rules, the theme should have been right installed and works as expected. Notice that we only provide technical support regarding on theme’s features.

I did all the settings like you said. I also applied what I mentioned in the forums. I also made settings for the server. But I did not get any results.
