Hello, I can not create a new user account on newspaper because I’m in localhost for the moment (problem sending email), but once my site will be online I wanted to know if it would work directly (for sending the password when creating a new user) or there will be settings to do ?

Hi,
This is basically WordPress options, and yes when your site will be live will be send emails with password.
