I have received the critical error notice after updating the theme to 10.3.8. It won’t even let me access my wordpress site anymore with this message. I can’t go in to see whats wrong or anything.
The only choice I have is to go to my host and ask them to restore a backup of my site since the theme update completely broke my site.
How do I fix this?

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

I had the same issue and I restored my backup. I don’t think all the bugs have been corrected with the new 10.3.8 update
