3: Went to the Tagdiv composer, then I selected the column, and under description I pasted [ccpw id=”698″]
4: it returns [ccpw id=”698″] check https://www.shieldtrader.com/
I am having the same issue, enter the shortcode in the description box and it just reads the characters back.

The shortcode must be entered in a text element. Example

Once you save the page and view it, the ticker will be visible

The cryptonews demo uses a column text element in which the shortcode is entered.

One question, is the element box supposed to double in height from adding the text element? Mine did and it looks a little off. I can live with it if I need to but I’m just curious if I did something wrong.

Indeed it seems there is some extra space below the slider. Try removing the row containing the widgets and place it again. Set a negative margin for the row containing it next

@trailblazer What you would have to do is to remove the inline text element from the first screenshot you mention. Remove the whole row, drag it in the right corner. Then place a new row in the same position

In that row insert a column text for example

Then in order to display the row below the header set a negative margin top for the row
