Unfortunately, there is no simple solution for this.
But it can be from an ad that loads several times. Can you do a test without ads to see if the problem is the same?

Hello Calin, thanks for reaching out, on our home page we dont have any ad but there still we get layout shift of 0.16 on desktop and on mobile its 0.38.
This following (given below) error is causing CLS of 0.377 , can you tell what is this about and how to fix this as it is the major reason of failing:
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-main-page-wrap td-container-wrap”>
That is the code used for holding the page content (all elements are under that div).

I tested your website using the lighthouse and on a desktop, this looks good – https://i.imgur.com/6eXmrOu.png indeed on mobile the results are a little lower but also good – https://i.imgur.com/Wj7NC9z.png
