Help. I tried adding more custom ads following the instructions at https://www.screencast.com/t/qW11XA2B but now seem to have broken my site. I tried reloading the backup file but I get this error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘td_global’ (T_STRING) in /home/dh_tnks96/ratnews.com.au/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php on line 4262.

Hi,
Please remove any modification you have made to the theme files, to get your website working again. Or make a fresh theme install – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ if you ca not revert the code to the default state.
Then try to create a new custom ad spot as explained below.
Maybe you are not creating the custom ad properly. The custom ad needs to be created like in this example

It should display in the theme panel ads section

Then if you want to use the custom ad in Visual composer, you need to add it here in the same td_config.phpfile

Thanks Simon. All good. I left out a ); in the php file. Lesson learned. Extra ads working perfectly.

Not quite as good as I thought. The site is now working and I can make some changes but I just tried installing a plugin and when I went to activate it I get this error. I got the same error when I tried to add an advertisement title:
