Hello,
I would like to ask, how to set custom page background image.
Thank you.
I would like to clarify my question: how to set custom background image per single page/post?
Is it possible to set per single page this type background: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-five-reasons-why-in-form-leicester-city-will-finish-the-job-and-stay-up/ ?
Hi,
The theme only comes with a general and a category background option. The posts inherit the global or the category background.
Depending on the post template(style) used, for single posts you could change the background with custom modifications and css, ex: – http://screencast.com/t/4ABmQADzQ – http://screencast.com/t/zYxxC1pCFzMU – http://pastebin.com/9BWuHH4M – http://pastebin.com/HK3FNdD1
Thank you!
Hi,
I guess you refer to the page template. You have to add the code also for page in the same file – http://screencast.com/t/xPlMPtZkm and use the css to add a background for specific page using this class .page-id-xxx – http://screencast.com/t/ADMdOzxLy2H
Thanks!
One more question, is it possible to set background, that header and footer won’t be boxed style.
Second question:
Where can I find this code:
<!–
Theme: Newspaper by tagDiv 2015
Version: 6.4 (rara)
Deploy mode: deploy
uid: 5609824093739
–>
I want to hide it.
Hi,
1. You need custom modifications for this as this is how the theme was designed. When the background-color/image is used, the site will automatically switch to boxed version. I suggest to hire someone to do this for you as we cannot p[provide custom work at this time, sorry!
2. Here you can find the code – http://screencast.com/t/dOLxGhZdrd
Thanks!
