I know this topic has been raised multiple times, but my question is, do you have a fix coming for the delay in custom CSS loading. This problem defeats the purpose of the Custom CSS (so we don’t have to modify the styles.css file every time the theme updates). This is a problem in both Newspaper and Newsmag. Do you plan to implement a solution for this other than modifying core files? Thanks…

Please notice that the CSS working in cascade (Cascading Style Sheet) and the first time take the code from style.css and then take the color that you have changed from Theme panel or through custom CSS area and because of this will appear that delay in loading. Unfortunately, it is not really a valid solution in this case because is the system’s behavior.
