Hi, I found these custom fields: td-review-final-score, and td_review_key with value 5.
But, when I try to put them in post manually, review does not show up.
So my question is what is the names for these custom fields and what kind of values they contain?

The review options are located in the post settings, while the review will appear below the post content in the post page

Well, I know that, but I wanted to put these reviews with third party plugin, which I need to know how these fields are called. For example:
td-review-final-score
td_review_key
with values from 1 to 5
There is no such information in documentation
Each post (default post templates) get the review in their respective template file

There is no documentation for that unfortunately. The theme reviews are basic, if you would require more advanced review capabilities maybe you should consider using a plugin entirely.
The cloud templates have shortcodes for the reviews, so they can be dragged and dropped in the post template
