I am using Newspaper theme Coach Pro, I would like to create a custom function to be called when a new subscription is created, canceled or renews (for example send invitation link when subscription is created).

I think you did not understand my question, I need a custom code/shortcode/function to be called when subscription is created, renewed or canceled, I don’t need an email to be sent.
