Hello,

I think that label is the category and you can add it from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/S0zoUiK.png
Also, you can set the custom label in the posts editor-> https://i.imgur.com/gTtAQRv.png and this will be displayed for Flex Block and Big Grid Flex -> https://i.imgur.com/3Uop58r.jpg
