How can I create a category page for custom post types? With the standard category page / settings in place, it only says “No posts.”

Hi,
unfortunately a custom post type cannot be shown in a “category” page as this represents the standard post type taxonomy. If you want to have taxonomies for your CPT like categories are for posts, you will have to either use the one provided by the plugin (if it creates a taxonomy) or create a custom one. https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/ (coding skills are required though as this represents customization.)
